Arc & Flow was built on a simple but radical belief: that small and mid-sized businesses deserve brand experiences that compete with the biggest players in their industry. Not approximations. Not templates dressed up as strategy. The real thing — built with intention, executed with precision, and designed to last.
Glo founded Arc & Flow as a purpose-driven decision, not an accident of circumstance. As a Black woman building in a space where both her gender and her identity are still too rare in positions of creative and strategic leadership, she built this agency knowing exactly what she was creating — and why it matters. Arc & Flow is women-run, intentionally built, and unapologetically ambitious. That is not a footnote. It is part of the foundation.
Her background spans marketing automation, CRM strategy, and creative direction. She understands both the technical architecture of how a business communicates and the deeply human side of why people choose to trust a brand. That dual fluency — in systems and in soul — is what separates Arc & Flow's work from agencies that do one or the other well, but rarely both.
Glo is also a licensed RTT practitioner — a background in Rapid Transformational Therapy that informs everything about how she approaches brand strategy. She understands human psychology at a level most creative directors never reach. She knows what actually makes people take action, what builds trust before a word is spoken, and what makes a brand feel safe enough to choose.
She didn't build Arc & Flow to have a job title. She built it to create something that outlasts one — an empire built with strategy and soul, for the founders who are doing the same.
